Question: What types of payment do you accept? Answer: We use PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. The charge will appear  as “Bobjack Enterprises LLC”.

Question: How can I buy your products without a credit card? Answer: If you would like to make a purchase without using a credit card just e-mail us at apsnst@gmail.com and we can help you do that.

Question: How much do you charge for shipping and handling? Answer: We charge a flat rate per item based on size and weight. It is $3.00 per book, $1.50 per key ring and $1.00 per bookmark.

Question: What shipping methods do you use? Answer: We ship via USPS First Class. With the size of our items this enables us to charge less for shipping and handling.

Question: What is your return/refund policy? Answer: From 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Question: How long before I receive my merchandise? Answer: We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are unable to do so we will e-mail you explaining why.
